Arnee’ Odoms Bio:
Arnee’ Odoms is the Senior Communications and Development Manager at Birmingham Promise, where she has helped secure more than $13 million in grant funding. She previously supported the BVM Capacity Building Institute in managing a grant fund with a distribution budget of over $400,000.
Born and raised in Birmingham, AL, Arnee’ is a servant leader and skilled capacity builder with deep expertise in community engagement and initiative management. She has successfully led communications campaigns that reached millions through television, print, and digital media, with leadership experience spanning both local and global platforms.
Arnee’ holds a Juris Doctor from Birmingham School of Law, a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Montevallo, and an Associate’s degree in Biology from Jefferson State Community College. She brings extensive experience in nonprofit strategy, grant writing, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven ability to design and execute initiatives that strengthen organizational impact and community trust.
In 2024, Arnee’ founded O&Co Consulting to expand her impact by providing grant writing, strategic communications, and capacity-building support to nonprofits, especially those without the budget to hire full-time development staff.
